- You will receive professional, friendly and prompt service and Samuel will be personally at your entire disposal for any questions you may have, before, during or after the purchase.
- The printing of each original is supervised by Samuel himself. This allows him to control all aspects of this delicate process and he is firmly convinced that it is the best way for him to accurately transcribe on paper what his artistic eye was able to capture through the lens of his camera.
- Your original print is delivered with its certificate of authenticity signed by Samuel himself, as well as certificate of guarantee.
- Your print will last a lifetime without any degradation, as long as the handling and exposure recommendations of the print are strictly respected (refer to the explanations of the different types of frames we propose on the framing page).
- In the event of unexpected damage to the print, and providing that the handling and exposure recommendations have been strictly respected, we will replace it free of charge after returning the original (shipping costs at your expense.)
- Everyone can make mistakes and we all have the right to change our minds. This is why, if within fifteen days after the purchase of your artwork you are not satisfied, we will exchange it or refund it to you at 100% (shipping costs excluded) against return of the print and its frame in their original condition and packaging. Please note that this does not apply to unique edition artworks.
